概述
安捷伦 VS C15 模块式检漏仪是模块化的泄漏检测成套装置，适用于需要将检漏仪元件几乎永久性地安装在系统中的应用。它采用了安捷伦 Contra-Flow 逆流法的真空设计，可以最大限度地保护组件，使其在工业应用中免遭污染。我们还提供彩色触摸显示屏（可选），用于远程显示全部的系统状态信息，以及所有操作参数的输入。

简化的接口，只需两根电缆，电源线和通讯线
